ORDER OF REINSTATEMENT This is a petition by Frederic H. Abrams. who was suspended under a consent decree approved by this court on June 26, 1984, for reinstatement to the practice of law. Abrams applied for reinstatement and a hearing was held before a Southern Nevada Disciplinary Board hearing panel on July 27, 1987. That panel found that Abrams had failed to comply with three of the conditions for reinstatement set forth in the consent decree. This court approved the panel's findings and recommendations in an order denying reinstatement filed on December 22, 1987.
